You forgot pennies in the lowest tier.
Personally I take issue to the “Bottom Tier”, which is likely to include Twizzlers. While the Pull-and-Peel, Black Licorice, and Rainbow Twizzlers might be bottom tier, old strawberry corn syrupy Twizzlers are certainly a level above. Plus there’s something about the surface area-to-volume ratio of the fun size Twizzlers that puts them over the top.
